Uninstalled the app or unable to sign in?
Request deletion without reinstalling the app. The link below opens an email draft for you to review and send. Opening it does not send email or delete an account.
Request account deletion by email
You can also email [email protected] with the subject “little wins account deletion”, your login name and B account code if available. Do not send passwords, card numbers or detailed child information.
Support will reply to verify ownership, explain the deletion scope and update you on progress before processing the request. A public account code alone is not sufficient authorization. If you do not have the code, explain your sign-in problem.
Delete directly in the app
- Sign in with version 0.7.0 or later and open Parent settings → Delete account.
- Read the family-data and subscription notices, then re-enter your password and B account code.
- Select Continue to deletion, then Delete permanently in the confirmation dialog. All device sessions are revoked on success.
An expired trial or membership does not prevent deletion. Signing out, deleting a child, resetting a family or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What is deleted?
Your account, password and login credentials, original personal family data (child nicknames, goals, rewards, cards, flowers, shop and records), cloud backup, your shared configurations, invitation links and purchase links are deleted. Deleting an administrator also deletes their family; other parents lose access but retain their own accounts and original personal data. Deleting a co-parent preserves the shared family. Copies already imported by others remain.
Live data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Isolated disaster-recovery backups remain for up to 30 days. Only an irreversible internal account hash and deletion time are retained separately to prevent deleted accounts being restored from old backups.
Check your Google Play subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions or automatically issue refunds. Turn off renewal using the Google account that purchased the subscription. Membership from a deleted account cannot be restored to a new account. Google handles its order records under its own policies.
